Once an evaluation is purchased, it is considered a digital service that is immediately available for use, and refunds are not issued.
This applies in all cases, including (but not limited to):
An evaluation being activated by placing a trade
Breach of trading rules
Failure to pass the evaluation
Choosing not to continue trading
Changes in market conditions
Account suspension or termination due to rule or compliance violations
Purchases made from restricted countries
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the Terms of Service and acknowledge SizeProp’s strict no-refund policy.
