Rule violations detected
Invalid or incorrect wallet address
Suspected prohibited or abusive trading activity under the Terms of Service
Possible sanctions on the requested wallet
What to do
If your payout is rejected, you will be notified with the reason. You can:
Resolve the issue (complete KYC, change wallet address, etc.)
Contact support if you believe it was a mistake
